A couple of weeks back, I got together with the Home Waters String Quartet* and producer Ian Stephenson of Simpson Street Studios to film Home Waters In Concert, which will premiere exclusively on Bandcamp as part of my autumn tour at 7.30 pm on 24th September. Tickets are on sale now.

It was the first time any of us had played a gig with other musicians since before the pandemic, and I think you can hear and see the delight and energy in the performances. I’ve wanted to make this film for ages, and I’m so glad we’ve pushed to boat out and captured the show with a professional five-camera set-up and studio-quality audio for you lucky people to enjoy.

As well as the songs of Home Waters, there’ll be some old favourites as well as a brand new track. I’ll be there live on the night to introduce the show, make high-quality jokes on the in-built chat feature during the gig, and have a chat in the Q&A afterwards. I wanted to be able to share this as far and wide as possible, so ticketholders will have access to the stream for 24 hours after the premiere ends.
