Guitar hero Richard Thompson is curating this year’s Meltdown Festival at The Southbank Centre in London.  We can now announce that Sam has been confirmed for two shows in The Ballroom of the Royal Festival Hall as part of Meltdown: a performance of Shifting Sands - the British Council-supported project which recently saw Sam travel to Kuwait (see Songlines link below) on the evening of Friday 11th June and a band performance of his own material at 1pm on Friday 18th June.
